Just a phone call away, we will visit your operation and openly discuss all of your options without any obligations. Proper advertising, sale set up, equipment clean up, food services, and bathroom facilities are all recommended for the buyers comfort.
Your auction is well advertised to attract the right buyers for a successful sale. An advertising campaign is designed just for your sale. You also get the advantage of our large mailing lists and buyer contacts.
The day of the sale the experienced auction team will arrive in plenty of time to set up directional road signs, parking signs, and inspect the equipment offered for sale. Schlenker Auction provides a complimentary breakfast to get buyers to the sale on time. A staff of 3 or 4 auctioneers in one or two mobile auction trucks, two cashiers in the computerized office trailer, sale clerks, and qualified ring men who assist in merchandising your product properly. Also a J.D. Gator available for loading out assistance.
Following the sale you will be given a copy of the sale accountings. The taxes collected are remitted by the auction company and a complete guaranteed settlement is ready for you and your accountant. Appraisals are available for many of your purposes.
From the day of listing to final settlements you will be dealt with in a discrete and personal manner.

Jim Schlenker
Graduate of Western College of Auctioneering in Billings, Montana 1964. Runner-up Champion Canadian Livestock Auctioneer 1980. A long time director and Past President of The Auctioneers Associatiion of Alberta. Jim is a very dedicated & keen auctioneer who works hard in achieving top results for each lot sold. Jim has done countless charitable auctions over his many years & is well respected in his community.
Brent Schlenker
Graduate of Western College of Auctioneering, Billings, Montana 1971. Completed certification as Personal Property Appraiser in 1997. Brent is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Brent is a proficient auctioneer who likes to keep the pace moving at the sale. Brent is currently a Director for the Alberta Auctioneers Association of Alberta. He enjoys selling and working with his auction friends.
Calvin Heller
Graduate of Western College of Auctioneering, Billings, Montana. Champion Rookie Auctioneer Alberta Auctioneers Association. A smooth clear chant and friendly approach makes Calvin a valuable asset at each sale. He enjoys either working behind the mike as well as his ringman duties.
Stan Pahl
Stan in the employee who has been on the auction team the longest. His many years experience lining up sales, and working as a ringman are greatly appreciated by sellers and buyers. Stan loves his job and is dedicated to the auctions he attends.
Jeff Wickenheiser
A recent graduate of Western College of Auctioneering, Jeff is a good ringman and experience with equipment and heavy trucks which is useful in his position of operating equipment at each sale.
Harvey Meier
Harvey always enjoyed attending auctions for many years. Since his early retirement, we were fortunate to have him join us as our main auction clerk. Harvey is dedicated and conscientious clerk who takes his job seriously, and records each auction with additional audio record keeping. He also enjoys assisting setting up sales, tagging, and catalogues.
Dyanne Schlenker
Dyanne does a great job as our office manager and auction cashier. She takes her job seriously and is committed in keeping the books in order. You will find her at each sale enjoying her many auction friends.
Cindy Schmidt
Cindy grew up on a purebred cattle operation in Southern Saskatchewan. Her experience with agriculture and computers make her a valuable new member to the auction team. You will have her friendly personality clerking, answering the phones as well as doing a super job in managing our advertising programs.
Linda Bower:
Linda has just retired as a rural school teacher. We are very pleased to have her join us as a cashier. Her attitude and commitment to doing a good job will be enjoyed by her fellow employees and customers.
Sonny Hartman:
Sonny has worked many auctions in the past for Ellis Auctions and has joined our company recently. We appreciate his enthusiasm and effective ring work and pleasant relationships he builds with bidders.
Cam Johnson:
Cameron has attended many of our sales over the years, and has just retired from his lifelong job. He joins our company on a part time basis and we welcome his contribution of many duties around the auctions. Cam is very dedicated in doing the best at whatever tasks he takes on.
Gordon Musgrove:
Gordon has just become an auctioneer and assists our sales as a ring man as well as selling some of the smaller commodities to gain more experience behind the mike. Gordon and his wife Charlene operate a ranch north of Brooks, and is our local representative in the Brooks and Coronation area.
